We first consult with you to discover what expectations you are looking for in terms of design, convenience, comfort, ease of maintenance, durability, and more. We will honestly advise you if there are details that need to be considered such as foot traffic, environmental factors (such as moisture), inherent limitations in the materials, design considerations, the time allowed, or anything else that could result in a less than completely satisfactory job. We will advise and problem-solve during our initial consultation so you have a clear plan before starting your project.
